What is The Residential Club?
The Residential Club is a residential club designed exclusively for young professionals. We offer a combination of private and shared spaces where you can meet a community of people just like you.

What is the process to join you?
The first step is to apply for membership here. Once we receive your application, we will analyze your profile and we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know the steps to follow. The membership application process does not require any payment or commitment and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

What is TRC Membership?
Our membership gives you access to be part of the TRC community.
Some of the benefits associated with our membership are:

• Access to live in any of our spaces

• Attendance of the events and activities organized by TRC.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, a one-time payment of 500 euros (VAT included) is valid for 5 years. This payment will be required at the time of booking the room and signing the contract.

Where are your spaces?

We currently have two spaces in Madrid: TRC Castellana and TRC Bravo Murillo.
With upcoming openings in other cities such as Valencia, Barcelona, Malaga, and Lisbon.

Can I work from your spaces?

All our buildings are equipped with a Business Center from where you can work. All this is always connected to our fast WiFi network.

What kind of events do I have access to?

As part of the community, you will have access to TRC’s events, which include presentations by professionals of interest, networking events, activities, dinners, and parties.

Who lives at The Residential Club?

Our members are mostly young professionals between the ages of 25 and 35 who work in companies and want to meet people like themselves with whom they can grow personally and professionally.

What is included in a room at The Residential Club?

Our rooms and apartments are fully equipped and furnished. In them, you will find everything you need to move in (furniture, equipped kitchens, etc.)  In addition to having access to all our common areas such as our Business Center, Community Room, and even a terrace with BBQ.
The utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are included in the price. As well as the maintenance service and weekly cleaning of the common areas.

Additionally, and for an additional cost, you will have access to some additional services to enhance your experiences such as weekly cleaning service, change of sheets and towels, laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing.

What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stay is 3 months, however, the average stay of our members is close to one year. In addition, we are flexible on check-in and check-out days, so you can book any day of the month.

Are animals allowed?

Although we love animals, they are not allowed in our spaces.

What is the monthly price?

The monthly price depends on the location, the type of room, and the length of your stay. Our prices vary from 600€ to 900€ per month.

Can I move in with my partner?

Yes, you can come with your partner for an additional monthly fee.

What payment options are there?

You can pay by credit card or by direct debit (SEPA).

Is it possible to visit your spaces before moving in?

Yes, virtually. We do not make face-to-face visits due to the privacy of our members. To do the tour, first, you need to apply for our membership here and our team will contact you within the next 24h working days.
