Cancellation policy

After the first three months (minimum stay) from the beginning of the customer’s stay, the customer shall have the right to terminate the stay early, provided that he/she notifies The Residential Club in writing or through the App one month before the date on which the cancellation becomes effective.  The customer and The Residential Club shall maintain their obligations in relation to the stay for at least the month following the notification or until the date agreed for the new termination of the stay.

Refund policy

The Residential Club does not accept refunds for membership, stay or additional services.
