Each suite is furnished with a bed, nightstand, lamp, an office, a wardrobe and a rug.
WEEKLY CLEANING
All the common areas are cleaned once a week, including kitchens, living rooms, and shared bathrooms.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
TRC hosts weekly events such as; yoga masterclasses, TRC talks, game nights, community dinners and many more!
ON-SITE LAUNDRY
All our spaces have a washer and dryer for our members to do their laundry.
COMMUNITY MANAGER
Our community managers will help you with anything you might need, from the booking process until the check- out.
MANTAINANCE
If something’s missing or broken in any of our spaces,we’ll be there to get it fixed quickly.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Our kitchens include all the essentials needed; pots, pans, dishes, mugs, soap and more!
WIFI & UTILITIES
All our spaces have high-speed WiFi and we include Netflix & HBO subscriptions in all our living rooms. Everything is included in the price so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

We offer several extra

What is The Residential Club ®?
The Residential Club ® is a place oriented towards young professionals where you can live and expand your network with people that share a similar profile as yours.
What is the TRC Membership?
Our membership is a brief form through which we filter your profile to determine whether it fits the community we have created on every one of our spaces. For us, it is core to generate an exclusive community of young professionals who aim to enhace their experience in Madrid by creating networking relationships.
To access our visit calendar or receive personalized attention, it is necessary that you complete our membership. It does not require any payment or commitment and it will take you less than 5 minutes to fill it out.
Who is The Residential Club ®?
The Residential Club ® is a company created in 2019 focused on creating residential spaces for the new generation.
Where are your buildings located?
We have three coliving spaces in Madrid; TRC Plaza de España, TRC Castellana y TRC Bravo Murillo.
Can I work from your spaces?
Our building includes a business centre where you can work surrounded by people like you. Also, our fully equipped studios include a wide table from which you can work.
